First time buyer looking to purchase a property. Tom was excellent from start to finish, offering support both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to find me the right mortgage, and even after a property fell through, he was reassuring and carried out further work (at no extra cost) to make sure I could still get on the property ladder. As a new buyer, the process of buying a property was daunting but Tom was incredibly patient, calm and willing to answer every question I had. He made the process of finding Insurance Plans super easy and straight forward and took care of everything. I cannot recommend Tom enough and will without a doubt choose him for future mortgage needs. Yes - Tom was also great as hastening my solicitor throughout the process. Everything about Tom’s service was exceptional.

Im a first time buyer and was looking for advice on mortgages, I knew next to nothing about them so needed to learn as well as find a mortgage suitable for my current circumstances that I could maintain long term. Seth has been brilliant from the start. The service he provided was excellent , thorough and outstanding. He made everything transparent, answered all of my questions, had lots of patience and understanding , listened to all of my concerns and adapted my mortgage suitably throughout. Cannot fault and would highly recommend. Yes , not just a mortgage but options throughout . Every option was explored thoroughly yet kept simple and straightforward.
