Before starting Spolton Mortgages, we were both working as Bank Managers for Lloyds Bank.
We decided to start our own mortgage advice business where we place our skills, knowledge, experience, and family values to work.

We are proud of our office in Sleaford. You are welcome to visit us for an informal chat about how we can help you anytime. The building is a previous TSB branch, a company where Nick and Kasia spent many working years!
If visiting our Sleaford office is not possible, then home visits, video conferencing, and telephone appointments can also be arranged.

I was working as a Senior Bank Manager for Lloyds Bank until October 2018. A most rewarding part of my role was helping customers achieve a stress-free financial life.
I live in Sleaford with my wife and our young son. Our local community and family are very important to me, and I bring those values into my business life.
My passion is helping people towards a better financial life. People tell me that one of my greatest gifts is ‘keeping it simple’. I love guiding customers through often complicated and stressful situations to make their life as easy as possible.

Born close to Szczecin in Poland my home has been in England since 2004. Sleaford has been my family home since 2008, where I now live with my husband Nick and our young son.
Before Nick and I started Spolton Mortgages, I spent 12 months as a freelance translator. Before that, I spent ten years working for Lloyds Bank, here in Lincolnshire. My role as Bank Manager entailed managing three rural Lincolnshire community branches.
I enjoy being able to use my knowledge and experience to make people’s financial lives as easy as possible. I love to help people finance the house of their dreams. My greatest buzz comes when customers feel comfortable and at ease in our office. They feel confident that I will help them through every part of their financial lives.

Our service is free until you receive a fully approved mortgage offer. Then there may be a charge which, depending on your circumstances, will typically be £299 on receipt of an approved mortgage offer.
