Fixed term mortgage deal coming to an end.
Seth listened to what I wanted and the advice he gave me was good. He looked at deals and advised I stayed with the same mortgage lender. Whilst, this resulted in him not getting the business, he advised what I needed to ask for and contacted myself after the appointment with my current lenders advisor to see if everything was sorted out ok.
