He went above and beyond to find me the right mortgage, and even after a property fell through, he was reassuring and carried out further work (at no extra cost) to make sure I could still get on the property ladder. As a new buyer, the process of buying a property was daunting but Tom was incredibly patient, calm and willing to answer every question I had. He made the process of finding Insurance Plans super easy and straight forward and took care of everything. I cannot recommend Tom enough and will without a doubt choose him for future mortgage needs. Yes - Tom was also great as hastening my solicitor throughout the process.
