Our service is free until you receive a fully approved mortgage offer. Then there may be a charge which, depending on your circumstances, will typically be £299 on receipt of an approved mortgage offer.
 
Our Fee is discounted to £199 for Armed Forces & Blue Light Card Holders.
 
For remortgages, If best advice is to switch rates with your existing lender then we charge no fee at all.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage. As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
