Our support doesn’t end when your mortgage starts; you are free to contact your adviser at any time in the future to answer any ongoing questions you may have
There are no charges for an initial consultation, and you are under no obligation to use us in arranging your mortgage.
If you decide to use us to apply for your mortgage, our standard fees are £199 on receipt of your mortgage offer plus £100 when your mortgage starts. These fees are discounted to a total £199 if you have ever worked in the Armed Forces, NHS or any “Blue Light” occupation.
We are available Monday to Saturday, for a no-obligation consultation.
Our service is free until you receive a fully approved mortgage offer. Then there may be a charge which, depending on your circumstances, will typically be £299 on receipt of an approved mortgage offer.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
