Initially to see if I could get a mortgage. I was recommended their services by a friend who'd used them. Tom gave me some mortgage choices to think about with no pressure for a decision, making himself available to answer any further questions I had. He arranged a mortgage in principal. Finding a property relatively quickly he took me through the mortgage process and appication. He kept me updated every step of the way right through to mortgage acceptance. He followed the process through each step and was always an available point of contact. He sent emails with document attachments pro.ptly and was the same with phone calls. Once the mortgage was accepted he then arranged for a meeting to discuss protection insurance again giving me time to check all the options without telling me what to choose, but also discussing them all fairly unbiased way. Yes, the option presented were more than I realised and I consider Tom to have guided me in the right direction for my circumstances. They were professional and don't feel they could've been any better.
