Spolton Mortgages – Administrator & Customer Services Apprenticeship
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our progressive and successful company, here at Spolton Mortgages. You will initially be joining the company in the role of administrator and customer services representative. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and excellent customer services, therefore, we require a candidate who will reflect these values. Essentially you will show great attention to detail, be articulate, a great communicator and an excellent team player with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
The first twelve months will offer the opportunity to gain a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business and Administration. Therefore, we are looking for somebody who is committed to training both ‘on’ and ‘off the job’, in order to enhance their skills and contribute towards the continued success and growth of the company.
Amongst general administration duties you will be responsible for Mortgage, Protection and General Insurance processing, along with compliance responsibilities. Your role will involve liaising with clients and respective parties, sales advisors and introducers. From time to time you will assist Senior Management with ad hoc duties.
We are committed to investing in our staff and for the right candidate, on completion of the Apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to complete CeMap, the qualification required to become a Professional Mortgage Adviser, with a view to becoming an Adviser for Spolton Mortgages.
