Mortgage deposit saving calculator

I was looking to buy my first house on my own at 24 and knew nothing about the process, mortgages etc Nick helped find me the best mortgage deal and explained each process of buying the house right from the start to end so I could understand. any questions I had nick would answer and I felt very supported throughout Yes I finalised on my house in December 2024 with the best mortgage deal available to me at that time I do not believe that there is anything more I could have asked of Nick

Our bank informed us we couldn’t port our existing mortgage, which would have meant thousands in early repayment charges and a more expensive new deal. Thankfully, Nick stepped in and managed to secure an agreement to port our mortgage, saving us money not only on early repayment charges but also securing lower monthly repayment fees —something we didn’t think was possible. He saved us a huge amount of money and stress, we’re very pleased we went through him. The whole process was straightforward, and Nick was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel really looked after from start to finish. Yes, we’d definitely recommend Spolton Mortgages to anyone looking for clear advice and great service. Thank you again for all your help! Nothing that we can think of.
