Fixed term mortgage deal coming to an end. Seth listened to what I wanted and the advice he gave me was good. He looked at deals and advised I stayed with the same mortgage lender. Whilst, this resulted in him not getting the business, he advised what I needed to ask for and contacted myself after the appointment with my current lenders advisor to see if everything was sorted out ok. Yes Nothing, Seth was really good and I will certainly recommend him to friends.

We have now moved into our dream home thanks to Seth! Even whilst we were waiting, Seth called to say the interest rates had dropped and would we like him to see if he could get us a better rate. AFTER we had paid for the service, so totally off hand. By doing this he has saved us even further! Not a thing
